Who we are

Dealer application form
When you apply to become a dealer, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, city, company website and message.
We use them only to review your application and to contact you about a business relationship. The form is sent by email to our business team; it is not stored in a database on the web server. The email is kept in our company mail system, including its archive and backups, for as long as needed for that purpose, or until you ask us to delete it.
Fields marked * are required. Without them we cannot process your application.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server records technical details of each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only for security and troubleshooting, and delete them automatically after 14 days.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and which countries visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) in your browser and sends usage data to Google, which may process it on servers outside Taiwan. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Our website does not set any other cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share it with anyone except Google as our analytics provider, as described above, or where required by law.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see or receive a copy of your personal data, to correct or complete it, to have us stop collecting, processing or using it, or to delete it. Email kuoli_wu@matc.com.tw and we will reply within the period required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
